Guidelines for Rental Acceptance & Screening

At C-Hawkk Properties we strive to make the application process as clear as possible. To better understand our screening processes, listed below are the requirements and guidelines we follow when selecting tenants.

• Income level to qualify
• Employment / Income verification
• When applying with roommates: One application shall be filled out for each adult applicant and a $55 application fee per applicant will apply. Each approved applicant will be required to sign the lease and responsible for monthly rent. 
• A criminal records check will be done.
• Rental History Check
• Background Check
• Credit Check

Anything less than this standard may be accepted with cosigning by other responsible adults to compensate, or other method agreeable to C-Hawkk Properties.
