C-HAWKK is a family owned business that started as an idea around our kitchen table way back in 1989.  The unique name an acronym, holding with it each member of that original household (Clint, Henrietta, Alvis, William, Kevin, Kara). Although it was originally established as a traffic control company, less than 10 years after its inception we had become successful enough to think about expanding our portfolio.  Prior to 1989, our patriarch had worked in real estate buying and selling homes, serving as a general contractor for new builds, as well as owning and managing rental properties.  With knowledge of the industry, it seemed natural to advance in that direction.  Now, nearly 40 years later, C-HAWKK Properties Inc. owns and manages well over 200 residential and commercial properties with offerings in Lawrence, Eudora, DeSoto, Tonganoxie, Basehor-Linwood, Bonner Springs, Lenexa, Olathe, Gardner, and Baldwin City.  We have continually proven over the years that providing safe and affordable options that are well maintained remains the center of our focus.  If you are looking for a reliable landlord, or if you own real estate investments and are tired of the headache that managing them brings, you’ve landed in the right place.  Reach out today to see how we can help.

For a convenient and secure payment experience, residents can drop off physical checks, money orders, or cash at our dedicated dropbox located right at the C-HAWWKK Properties office.

Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
